| Bald Eagles are a common sight where I live in Alaska. We actually have had eagles nesting close to us for as long as we have had our house here. When we started building our house, a pair of eagles were preparing a nest in a tall cottonwood tree. More than one year, two babies survived and flew off in the fall. The last three years, the nest has been vacant. |
